DiscoverSeen was built around a simple belief: Woodbridge deserved a restaurant that reflected the city it actually is. Italian roots run deep here, and we wanted to honour that properly. It starts in the kitchen, where fresh pasta is made every morning and every ingredient is chosen with care. It carries through to the room, the service, and the standard we hold ourselves to every night.
In Italy, dinner is never really the end of the night. Long after the plates are cleared, the table stays full. That thinking runs through everything we do here after hours. Saturday, as the kitchen closes, the room shifts. The lights drop, the music comes up, and what was a dining room becomes something else entirely. Not a different concept. Just the same evening, taken further.

Enrique Llanos has been working with dough for most of his life. His approach is built on feel and repetition rather than formulas. Every morning at Seen, before anything else starts, he prepares the dough by hand. Everything that comes out of the oven begins right there.
Every pizza on the menu comes from somewhere personal. The places he grew up, the kitchens he worked in, the things he kept with him. His namesake pizza, Chef Enri's Specialty, is the most direct version of that. It has built a real following at Seen, and not by accident.
Late nights at Seen have their own character. The kitchen closes, the room shifts, and the energy picks up. Every Saturday, we bring in some of the best DJs in the city. The crowd that shows up knows the difference.
Every artist who plays Seen earns the spot. We look for people who know how to read a room and take it somewhere.
